Buffalo logistics

Buffalo has been so bad lately. The service is not it, they don’t respond when you call them even with emails. My orders have been stuck in one place no movement whatsoever worse part is that I ordered in the 11th of March got an email from them on 18th stating that I will receive my package soon. Today it’s the 25th and I’m still waiting
