Buffalo logistics

I've placed orders with shein. The courier company is Buffalo and they have been with my parcels since 11 September 2025.Normally when my parcel reach polokwane which is where my parcels are at, they take two days to get to me but now all my parcels are stuck there and the stays of my parcel says out for delivery but I do not receive them.
