Buffalo logistics

Poor poor service😭, my SHEIN parcel was meant to be delivered on the 7th July, I have been calling and emailing buffalo logistics for the past 6 days everyday I’m told I should wait 24-48hrs. Apparently the driver could not finish his deliveries on time so the parcel was to be delivered on the next business day the sad part is that he did not even return the parcel to the warehouse.

How is the parcel returned when it was not delivered in the first place 😡
