Horrible horrible service delivery and **** poor customer service. They are not answering their WhatsApp line (not even a automated response), their emails, their live chat on their website or calls. On their site the Bot said my package is detained at the South African customs which makes no sense because on the tracker status it says clearance is finished. The status of the order has changed in days!!
