Buffalo Logistics

I have ordered a package from Shein almost 2 months ago I have paid the tax on the package. Buffelo Logistics send me a mail saying my contact number is incorrect I updated it but still they are arguing it is not correct. What Iam I suppose to do know I have the correct address and phone number but still nothng even when I phone them they do not assist? Very unprofessional
