Buffalo Logistics

Buffalo Logistics delivered my order to a wrong person, they put the person's sticker on top of my sticker and order. The lady who received my order noticed it was nothing she ordered and saw there was a sticker underneath hers, she saw my details and gave me a call regarding this, we both emailed Buffalo and made calls.

To my surprise when I call Buffalo they telling me about my order having delays at the airport that time I know where they delivered and have evidence. This matter have been sitting since the 3rd of April. They only collected the order from the lady 17 April and still cannot give me answers, today 23 April I still give them a call and they still giving me the airport story and funny they cannot escalate, the manager by the name Frida is super rude and has no knowledge of customer service.

Buffalo Logistics I want my order or full refund including costoms because you failed. @Shein should consider there contract with them as they will cost you business
