This company is useless and unreliable. If only shein would start using a more professional and efficient company . They don't answer calls . Don't respond to emails . It takes them weeks to realise your parcel is missing/ or the driver was hijacked / or the driver has personal issues / or whatever other excuse s they have for not delivering your parcels . Not sure how long it takes them to pay you back for customs as I'm still waiting now for over a month . Constantly have " backlogs " . Parcels lay in the warehouse for days , sometimes weeks before they send it out with drivers . Overall pathetic and useless company.
