Buffalo logistic worst couriers ever

Buffalo logistics The fact that I must give one star cheeses me off 😡 you don’t deserve ANY STARS - Please explain to me how my package that normally with other logistics takes 7 days(including a weekend days ) gets to me within 7 days from Shein - but it takes buffalo 4 days to collect from clearance that is finished ( according to your customer service (I have a Ticket ID BUF3937) they are waiting for a courier to pick up the package from clearance to take to your warehouse to be delivered to me ) how do you explain your reason that after 4 days in clearance that no one has yet collected the packages from clearance that was done ? But That’s nothing… then when I WhatsApp on your WhatsApp number your system reply’s on Monday 13/3 According to the records, my parcel is onboard the courier vehicle for delivery 13/3 . I never received any package nor any updating communication from buffalo as to when I can expect my order. I’m not happy with the false information regarding deliveries going out. Your service is pathetic and unprofessional .
