Buffalo logistic should close down

Tell me how people ordering in April are receiving their order yet my order from 16 March is not yet delivered? Today is 23 April and nothing? My tracking number is BUFZA***YQ , my birthday is on Sunday, I ordered well in advance to accommodate delays, looks like I will be not getting my order, how would you feel if that was you, if your sister had a birthday and is relying on this order to be delivered before then and the courier company who is supposed to do their job is slacking? Put yourselves in the customers place. Really disappointing.
