Buffalo Logistic not delivering
I ordered from shein on the 4th of October, it was supposed to be delivered on tuesday, apparently my order was returned to the warehouse because the driver could not reach me, this is because i changed my number but their system did not update or so they claim, i called to ask for help and i was told that they will attempt to deliver again now it feels like im being ignored, they are not responding to my emails or calls, i need my order by Friday. the last time i calle dthis morning i was redirected to another line in which no one picked the call. Please help me. My tracking number is BUFZA6XK15222W5YQ my phone number is ***

17 Oct 2024, 14:39I am yet to receive assistance from Buffalo. Now they are claiming that delivery was attempted 3 times and i must pay another delivery fee. I called them everyday from Tuesday to get help they never once told me delivery would be attempted in those days and i never got a call from the driver as they told me that my delivery address (contact number) was not updated.
I just want my order by tomorrow, they can proceed delivery with the old number if it is such an issue to use a different number for delivery in which i updated a long time ago and even shein does not give me the option to update anymore as i already did that.
please please help me
