Buffalo Logistic most dishonest company ever!

I really regret even having to give one star. Buffalo is quick to ask you for your money so that you can get your parcel delivered, but please make sure you don't double pay - because getting your money back is hell. Some of my friends have given up, but I can simply not abide by this injustice and ********ity. I made a double payment on my order, and have been struggling for more than a month to get a refund on my money. I have submitted all the right paperwork, have been told by agents on numerous occasions that my query has been escalated (turns out they ****). They refuse to let me speak to a manager or to someone at the finance department - their service is terrible.

I will make it my personal challenge to pursue this and expose buffalo as dishonest until my money is paid back.
