Buffalo logistic is 0/10 service
Helo Peter. I have ordered my parcel from SHEIN on the 10th April 2024 and indicated that is urgent. Buffalo logistic suppose to deliver my parcel as I have already payed them for corrier. Till today I haven't receive my order. On top of that after stating that the driver has pick up my parcel they came back saying my address is wrong and mind you the driver didn't even try to call me. He even blocked my number on his cell phone so that I won't reach him. I have been sending WhatsApp ;emails ;calling with no luck as they don't respond. The status is on the same place. I just need my parcel as soon as now🤞. Buffalo logistic doesn't care about their clients.

They lack professionalism and running their business based on lies. They keep on updating my status base on lie.
1.They said my address is wrong I gave them the new address NOTHING.
2.They return my parcel back to the warehouse.
3.Parcel handed over to third party
4.Then the parcel where out for delivery Now they are claiming that there where No Contact while they have all my information as they sms me in the morning
5.I am tired I need their warehouse address I will fetch my parcel personally as they are filling their duties.. 0/10 SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN OR they can return my parcel and refund me.. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
