Buffalo Logistic INCOMPETENCE / WORST SERVICE

My Shein order was stuck in transit for about 5 days and then the Shein app said “order returned to warehouse” without anyone trying to reach out to me!!!! The previous order was delivered successfully, but this kind of service is a total joke. No answer to their official landline. No response to what’s app messages. So how the hell do I know if I am I still going to get my order?????? Did I just loose all the money paid due to Buffalo‘s incompetence?????????
