Buffalo Logistic delivery

I ordered from shein on the 13th Nov 2022, paid customs tax on the 17th Nov and was suppose to get my parcel on the 30 Nov, until today nothing and what is more frustrating is they even lie that the parcel is with 3rd party express and will be delivered in 5_7 days. Kindly please assist to get my parcel before 22 Dec as i am travelling to another province NeXT week, i asked them if i can come and collect my parcel but no response both on WhatsApp and email.
