Buffalo Logistic - Bad service and delivery

I am very unhappy about the service I received from Buffalo, My order from Shein was ready for dispatched on the 16 Nov 2023, note from Buffalo was order is in dispatch, I later received an email stating I reschedule the delivery - which I did not do , and is a complete lie from Buffalo Logistics ,On the 17th Nov 2023 I receive a call from Buffalo logistics on this number ***, and the consultant was rude telling me yes they made the note themselves and Buffalo did not need to contact me what she is telling me is thy can only deliver on the 18 Nov 2023 , I then questioned her and all she could say was MXM and she dropped the call. I am a very unhappy client.
