Buffalo Logistic

Buffalo collected three return parcels from me, only one made it back to Shein. They lost two parcels , they are not taking responsibility! This has been going on for two months! I phone them weekly just to hear that they will look into it and get back to me, I don’t hear from them!! This is so frustrating!
