Buffalo Logics is the worst courier company

Placed an order on Shein and was provided Buffalo logistics as the courier company. This company takes forever to deliver parcels and charges too much for customs yet they are ***********. The amount charged by this company is ridiculous and the delivery takes forever. I've placed orders and received better customer service. This is the worst company ever.
