Buffalo keeps lying about the delivery date

I have been waiting foe my package since the 9th of November. Every time i track my parcel or call them. The shipping date changes. First they said its delayed by 3-5 days. Then they said its delayed by 5-7 days. Then they said it would be shipped by the 19th of November, then they said by the 23’rd of November now they say by the 28th of November. That package is worth R2500 alone. I am almost certain they have lost it and keep coming up with dates. This is the worst experience. Especially for an international company that has been recognized as one of the best.
