Buffalo keep messing me around with no resolution.

I placed an order on Shein on the 26th of March, paid for my import duties on the 30th. I’ve been calling in to Buffulo to trace my order. I keep getting told that a third party has it and they will escalate. Buffulo keep responding to these reviews as a way to pacify me asking for the tracking number but nothing ever comes of it. I still have no idea where my package is. They’ve taken my money but can’t deliver my package. It’s now June 1st and I still don’t have my package. This service is clearly shocking because they just don’t seem to care and I keep getting messed around with no resolution.
