BUFFALO IS USELESS

So I ordered some stuff from Temu, paid the import tax. Two weeks ago, I got a message saying my parcel was returned to the warehouse as there was no one at the address and the phone was not answered, first of all no one was at my house, I work from home and my window faces the gate so I would have seen if someone was at my house. Then I contacted them and they told me the parcel will be redelivered that was two weeks ago, and to day being the 11th of December, I still do not have my package, I then called them only to be told my package will not be delivered until my nr has been changed, on their system, I then said well while we on the line can we please then change it, I was told no it has to be done on Temu's site, I was given the run around, eventually I was told the package will be delivered today, it is now 17:00 and still no package, we then called again, only to be told again, I won't get my package until the nr is changed. This is totally unacceptable as I paid for that package to be delivered, I am now considering laying theft charges against them. They are totally useless. I will never order from Temu or Shein again, until they change their couriers.
