Buffalo is USELESS

THEY ARE USELESS!!!! Waiting 3 weeks for my parcel. When you phone you wait 10min and longer. When you ask why the delay the lady drops the phone in your ear. Lastly, they want you to tell them how good or bad they are. Why do people still use them. Very unproffesional. Not helpfull. Then when you ask when your parcel be deliver - next week!!!!
