BUFFALO IS USELESS

They are a nightmare, I ordered stuff from Temu on the 30th of November, I paid the import tax. When it came to the day I need to receive my package, no one was at my house, I work from home, so I am always at home. Next thing I knew, i got an email to say my parcel has been returned to the warehouse as no one was home. Which is absolute nonsense, I am still waiting for my package, after calling them and trying to explain that no one was at my house with any parcel. It is now Friday still no feedback. This is utter nonsens.
