Buffalo is unreliable

On Tuesday the 16th I received an email stating that the driver could not reach my on my number and that they will attempt to deliver my package the next day. I never received any phone calls on normal calls or WhatsApp call, my phone is always on me and I was at home the time they apparently came by, I don't have any images on camera of them being here so to me that sounds like the driver is making vals excuses for not delivering my parcel. Today I phoned them asking for the number of the driver whom is supposed to drop of my parcel but they claim that they don't have that information. How legit are there drivers? This is really unprofessional for a business as big as Buffalo. I hope my parcel will be delivered today as they said. I never have these issues with takealot
