BUFFALO IS UNPROFESSIONAL

I’m very disappointed with their service, they are very unprofessional! They can’t communicate with the customers I’ve been waiting for my parcel all to find out it’s on detain clearance when I’m trying to upload the documents that they requested it keeps on saying error and none of them tried to call and try to explain to me . I have not received my parcel till now ! ☹️
