Buffalo is the worst logistic so far

I placed an order on the 30th of November on shein and I got a message that buffalo will deliver from me,they sent me a message on the 6th of December to pay tax,and I immediately payed with 5 hours of receiving the email,It has been for four day of waiting and they are delaying my parcel form receiving it.i have sent email to them to hurry up with the delivery but they are not responding
