Buffalo is the worst

Requested for a return from Shein. Buffalo said they will pick up 2-3 working days, after this time had passed, I tried calling them several times, eventually they said that the order was cancelled. I sent a message to Shein and they reopened the ticket. Buffalo again said they will collect in 2 days. 2 weeks later I called them and they said no driver has been assigned. This was logged on the 27th of June and still nothing. It has also lapsed my shein return terms
