Buffalo is the worst

I logged a SHEIN return and was told buffalo would be in contact in 4 days. It’s now been 3 weeks later and nobody has contacted me to arrange collection. I have tried calling the number given by SHEIN, but the line is dead. I have emailed twice and not received any response. I needed these items collected urgently so that I could re purchase for an event I am attending in 2 weeks. I am so disappointed in the service!
