If anyone chooses to order through Shein, then be prepared for the worst possible delivery experience… this is provided you actually receive your order . They send messages a week in advance saying you will receive your order within 48 hours . Well aware of this you are available at the delivery address to receive your order . 5 days after the 48 hours lapse you receive a message saying that the order was not delivered as your address/ phone number / nobody at home which is absolute nonsense as you have now been available for an entire week. It then gets dumped back at the warehouse and it is not sent out for delivery the next day at all. You spend 2 hours waiting for your call to get answered just to get told it’s in the warehouse and they cannot authorise that you can collect your package so you drive there to see a ********** queue outside and you realize how bad the service is when that many people feel the need to go collect their orders as well. If they cannot do the job they need to outsource more logistics companies to help them to get their deliveries on time as they are clearly in over their heads . Shocking !!!!
