Buffalo is inconvenient

Im having a very bad experience with Buffalo because i paid my order from shein on the 7th of August till this date my order hasn't been delivered. Im soo disappointed in Buffalo and i wouldn't recommend it to people. They are so inconvenient and not bothered. I've send couple of email and called them million times. I feel like they are trying to make me forget about my order
