Buffalo is horrible

Buffalo couriers is a horrible delivery company. They never complete any delivery. 3 out of my 4 deliveries have been unsuccessful. They send your parcel to a different courier company without updating you. They take zero accountability for the terrible service and they don’t even have proper customer service !
