Buffalo is diabolical

The worst experience i had with any company was with Buffalo who does the deliveries for Shein and Temu. This experience will prevent me from ordering from these companies again. I want to warn the public against dealing with them while they make use of Buffalo.. They have a call centre with untrained staff who give the standard answer that they will escalate and that will take 48 hours. I only recieved my delivery after 3 48 hour escalations.
