Buffalo is a bad courier service

One of the worst delivery services. They do not answer their phones, emails or whatsapps. I've paid my tax twice this week and was told my parcel is at buffalo i should ay my tax for it to be released and delivered. Today I went to buffalo my ref numbers was taken but no parcel as they have to go through a process first and was, told i will definitely get a call back today for them to explain to me when my parcel will be delivered. They have been closed for an hour now tried to phone again and no answer. 😑 No parcel... No help and paid for tax twice🙄 what a bad delivery service and I've delt with this once another time as well with buffalo and now again. Nothing on my Shein app is even updated as well. Shein should choose a better delivery service.
