Good day, on the 4th of September when my parcel was suppose to be delivered i was told that fast way got hijacked and i should contact Buffalo, from the 5th of September until today i have been calling Buffalo every week and they always say they going to escalate my matter each time i call i get the same response which is totally unacceptable.
