BUFFALO IS ****.

I wish I could give a rating of 0 because even 1 is too generous for this nonsense courier company.

I ordered from Shein on the 25th of March. My parcel was handed over to Buffalo on the 31st of March. They gave that parcel to ITT with the WRONG delivery address. ITT tried to deliver that package to that incorrect address. Thereafter, it was returned to their JHB warehouse where it originally was.

As soon as I realised that there was an issue with the delivery address, I called them incessantly to fix it. It still hasn’t been fixed to date. They have since given the parcel over to DPD Laser with that WRONG delivery address. They even went on to send me an email stating that they have delivered the package which is NOT true.

I’m sick and tired of waiting for a damn parcel that I PAID for! At this point, I’m never ordering from Shein because they clearly don’t give a rat’s ass about their customer service. If they did, they would have cut ties with Buffalo by now.

BUFFALO, I WANT MY PACKAGE.
