Buffalo Intl logistics not to be trusted

For the past orders I made with Buffalo they were all a success what they doing to us now its unfair ordered on the 26th of November till now havent received my parcel called them last week friday they said my parcel is with the third part it will take 3 working days before i get then I called again yesterday they tell me its still on Buffalo Intl logistics Airport, on the tracker it says my parcel arrived there on the 9th of December I wrote an email to shein wanting to know why my parcel hasn't been delivered yet they also have another story saying they will investigate my parcel it seems it has disappeared have to wait for 7 days please hello peter help me why is Buffalo international holding my hard earned money i bought clothes for Christmas for my children the pain of watching them not wearing anything while other children wore new clothes its horrible shein delivered but this Buffalo its not trustworthy shein should really consider another logistics company really i wouldn't rate them this is a terrible experience for me.
