Buffalo International services. Horrible

I ordered from Shein and Buffalo was suppose to deliver the package today. They sent me a message to confirm that they will deliver. They did deliver but to someone else . Her package is somewhere and nobody knows where and she has mine. Their services are horrible. The drivers have no idea what they are doing and where to deliver. Won't recommend them to anyone.
