Buffalo international returns

I've placed a return on goods on the 5th of September, Buffalo has a turn around time of 7 working days,I've since called them twice,on the first call the lady said the driver went to the wrong address,I don't know how that can happen since all my details are on their system,second call placed they send they have escalated the matter and the goods will be pick up,today it's the 25 of September,am still waiting in vain and no one is committed to resolving this issue, Buffalo international has failed me more times than I can remember,I don't know why shein still using this company,it's failing dismally and no one seems to know how to resolve issues pertaining to clients,their service level are horrible ...
