Buffalo International Logistics - the worst service! Ignoring emails and phone calls!

I would rate them a ZERO if I could!! Their service is totally useless. I should've received my Parcel on the 14 of October already. They informed me my package was detained by customs. I paid customs VAT and submitted all of the required documents. They are still not coming back to me. I've send recurring emails, i phoned them non stop and still no answer. It's been more than a month now and not one single person from this company is replying to my emails or giving answers over the phone. They can't transfer me to their supervisor nor the customs department. Their service is totally useless!! I wouldn't recommend them at all. Basically, Buffalo International Logistics is *****ing my money and my package, because what can possibly be taking so long..and why no answers??????? Terrible!!
