Buffalo International Logistics services

My parcel was received by Buffalo Logistics on the 22nd of March and on the 26th March I was informed that my parcel will be delayed by 3 - 5 days. However, it has been over 3 weeks...almost a month now! And I still have not received my package. I tried to reach out to them via emails, via chatting with Bot on their website, via their whatsapp number and via calls but they don't respond to emails, nor answer the calls, and when chatting with bot they tell you to send them an email. I went to their warehouse in CPT and I still could not be assisted because apparently customers aren't allowed to fetch their packages on their own anymore. Personally, it is my first time experiencing this with Buffalo Logistics, however, I am bitterly disappointed with their service. Still waiting on my order till today, and it's the 24th of April now.
