Buffalo international Logistics service is the worst!

The logistics company has to be worst of them all. Parcels are delayed for no reason. If any, the reason is never communicated. Received customs tax email on the 3rd Dec 2021, pid immediately, my parcel has not moved from their China warehouse till today, 11 December 2021. Phoned to follow up on the matter but the consultant could not give any tangible response except that tge flight is delayed. I was then given the Manager’s email address, Renette Nightingale, whom i emailed on the 09 December but never responded to my email. Their service is pathetic. A day/2 of delay is understandable, a flight delay of +8days without explanation?
