Buffalo International Logistics Return

I return two pieces ( Items) I had ordered from shein, on the 7th February 2024, I was refunded for one item on the 8th February whereby the return fee was also deducted, I have called buffalo international logistics a few times since then explaining I was not refunded for both items but only one Item, i was told the issue at hand would be escalated and they would find the other item and be in touch! I have not heard back from them since the 8th February 2024, im very dissapointed by this as its my first return and already i have a missing item.

I would like for them to do the right thing by allocating my parcel and refunding me for it! STAFF at B. I. L do not seem interested in resolving this at all.
