Buffalo International Logistics poor service delivery and customer relations.

I ordered a product that needed to be delivered using Buffalo's courier services and the delivery person, Neo Mogale, ***, Would call but once you answer they would end the call, this happened three time and the afterwards would send a WhatsApp message, where he shows you as the customer that he call you and that your package is being moved back to the warehouse.
