BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS - POOR SERVICE!

Poor communication. And Poor Delivery Service.

The delivery guy contacted me the early afternoon saying he will deliver my parcel. Later the evening at about 16h30 he said he had car trouble and cannot deliver.

Its been days since then and no body could give me clear feedback on my parcel. I was told it has been escalated which apparently take 72 working hours. I have made 6 calls and sent out so many emails. On one of the emails it was said i should receive my parcel today and I still did not receive my parcel. They are playing with my hard earned money.

POOR SERVICE!
