Buffalo International Logistics - pathetic service

I asked Buffalo to collect / up lift my parcel on the 28th March 2024 and to this day almost a month later they have not done so. I have a waybill number but when I check in out on their website tracking service it has been cancelled. I phone at least 10 times a day and no one answers. Their serve is absolutely pathetic and non existent. How they continue to operate is beyond me. Do not use this company for any of your courier requirements. Poor excuse to call themselves a logistic company.
