Buffalo International Logistics - Pathetic service

I am highly disgusted at the pathetic service from Buffalo International Logistics. I ordered from SHEIN two weeks ago and the delivery date was supposed to be today. When I called the call centre, I had to wait for almost 30 minutes to be told that there is nothing that can be done to assist me. My delivery was stuck at the Buffalo warehouse and due to the back log I will not receive my order, they could not confirm when the order will be delivered. I am going on holiday and have wasted my money and time ordering through Shein as I am not receiving it on time. This is shocking service.
