On 1 Dec 2024 I received a email for to pay the Customs cat and duties of R146.80. This was paid for on the 3rd of Dec 2024. We have not received any parcel. On the Tracking it says that we have not paid the taxes. from the 4th I have been constantly phoning and the customer agents are saying they pick up the payment and escalate it to the Finance Department. NOT EVEN THIS IS DONE. I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor and can not even get to do that. The service is absolutely atrocious, not to mention the rude customer agents.
