Buffalo International Logistics not responding to communications

I am trying to contact buffalo with regards to an order that is waiting at customs. I have phoned, sent whatsapp, sent e-mail to 2 different e-mail addresses and I have had no response in the last 3 days. Is there anyway to communicate with this company?
