Buffalo international logistics not making they're job

I have problem with Buffalo logistics international it's be a month not get my refund money of customs and it's been weeks been calling them and am not getting any help and shein did refund me within 24 hours last month, but Buffalo am not getting any help cause I have been waiting for them to send form on my email but am not getting anything and they busy making me a fool.
