Buffalo international logistics not delivering parcels

Im really angry!! this is the second time that i didn't received my parcel they try to deliver it when it is closing time and then about an hour later they tell me that delivery failed they say my address/phone no. was wrong or no one was home to receive it then i had no calls or no one coming to my place and then i have to struggle to get it, there is no number i can phone or whatsapp
