Buffalo International Logistics - It is an absolute disgrace

Because there is no cell signal in our area, I have tried for days, every day, to contact Buffalo Logistics via email and WhatsApp to solve the customs duty problem for a parcel I have ordered from SHEIN (as terrible), but all I got was a stupid Bot!!! This is a technique nowadays, to drive you crazy, because there is no person you can speak to! I drove out about 3 km until I got a signal, and I called their South African number only to get a voicemail message that their voicemail box was full! Buffalo Logistics is THE WORST AND MOST RETARDED COMPANY I have ever seen in my life!!! They employ the most retarded companies like Mapiti Express Pty Ltd that even if you give them a proper Location Pin (Google Maps) they either don't have data, don't have Google Maps installed on their phones or simply don't know how to use Google Maps to get to a Location Point!
